Abstract

The information tells us that on October 16, 2021, an international scientific conference Cultural Values of Abkhazia: Language, Literature, History, Cultural Monuments  was held at the initiative of the Sukhumi State University and the Ministry of Education and Culture of Abkhazia.

The conference was dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Professor Teimuraz Gvantseladze, the famous linguist, specialist in Abkhazology and Caucasus studies. Georgian and Caucasian scientists from the universities of Georgia, the North Caucasus and Turkey participated in the work of the conference.
